i don't know whether if i should cry or rejoice. got my phone! happy. my new number is 91833334. it's easy to remember 918-3333-4. ok. so that's all for phone. it's e900.
in a few minutes, we shall receive the horrror of all horrors. the major kickoff for this semester. :drumsroll:: the new project primer 3. maybe it isn't a big deal. we will see.
a few moments later..
we just had our project brief. it's very confusing, something about designing and creating a house for you mother and an artist. i hope i get salvador dali. as far as i know, he's quite pessimistic...
i have to do my research now. hope i get to paint.

did quite a number of things today..
*hic
i was having the hiccups the entire day non stop yesterday. i went to bed at 1 feeling extremely sleepy. when i lay down, i found myslef going *hic *hic *hic. got kicked out by my sis for the hics and i lay on the sofa hic*-ing till 6 am in the morning before falling asleep feeling extremely weary.
tutor
11.30am - i was awoke by the house phone and my primary school best friend asking why i haven't go downstairs. i had promised her to "tutor" her subjects. i hope this year she can have an easier time studying (i had 4 hours sleep for every night last year).
shopping
1.30pm - i saw the time and was shocked because i had promised to meet meiliang by 2. in a mad rush, i bathed and hurried to jurong east to meet her. our shopping goal for today is to get meiliang a bag and me some inner-wear. saw a fred perry (who the hell is that?!) bag which was quite nice for freaking 80+ bucks. i used to take hours to travel around bugis but now i can cover everything in an hour flat.
Zaha Hadid
6pm- i rushed down to meet ahbao for the Zaha Hadid exhibition. i only saw ahbao and jolene waiting for me. it was pathetic because i had expected 0304 to turn up. we met up with weiqiang and edmund.
zaha hadid (hereby known as z.h) has a flamboyant style. but i like lah cuz it's kind of girly. her sculpture in the front of the singapore arts museum looks kind of like a super big flower, followed by a superman-cape/stingray like sculpture in the front door. all her sculpture are made of white expensive cardboard. at first i thought it was styroform. keke.
i found out from edmund that this kind of exhibition costed about $300 000 just to exhibit. wow. i wonder if anyone will sponser me next time. and then z.h's exhibtion is not a exhibit of her works, it is just the white cardboard sculpture to frame the place. there was one of her sculpture in a big room which was very grand.
the sculpture was like super BIG, and it looked like those paths of a roller coaster ride, which was very flowy and it looked perfect for sleeping! like those big hammocks.
her sculptures brought a different feel to the whole room. hung onto the sculptures were those artist's paintings. good o'ld edmund gave us a tour (he sounded like they hired him as a tour guide!)
i personally felt taht some of the exhibitions was morbid and others were like, show-stopping. there was a chair split into halves and everyone stared at it.
my personal favourite was a series of fairytale captured in photos turned morbid. i've seen people doing very nicely out of fairytales remixes. could this artist be a friend of anna?
i even saw A ELECTRIC ZAPPER BABY CRADLE. OH MAN THAT WAS FREAKING. it's like, u put a baby inside and lock the cradle up and turn on the switch. inside the cradle was a fake sculpture baby. weikeong told me to look and i freaked out. =(
oil paintings done by local artist (not sure who) are nice. everyone were tricked into thinking they were 3D. i would love to be an artist too. i love painting.

meanwhile, as holidays draw to a close, i hear people mourning and myself sighing. i dread the walking to school part everyday. i have to walk for so long from my house to the mrt station. i empathize with those that live in the other end. poor things.
there are a lot of things i would like to do before going back to school :
1. buy a bag
2. get a hair dye (or maybe not)
3. learn about more things not design related but good life skills
4. hang out with f4
5. hang out with liang, junjie, chuxiang, chunzheng, wanying n gang, mahjong judy gang, lots more..
for the next hol, which is 2 months, junhaodar will be going to army, and then i think i'll find a job, work for 1 and half month, then half month spend and enjoy. be a yuppie instead of a lazeball for a change.
actually, i still don't understand people who work so hard then spend all on everything they want. as usual, i will say, "why work so hard i rather lie around and not spend on anything". however, when i see people with their new stuff , i will get green-eyed and complain, why didn't i work. i'm one messed-up kid who contradicts badly. i think i'll still stand on the first statement.
today i saw a westwoodian using the payphone. being the evil me, i secretly grinned. i mean, that's what we went through! and now, u can even charge your phone in class. what a change.
poly is better being the fact that i value freedom more. will i abuse my freedom? i don't think so. although i always end up in school late. sleep overtakes me at all times.

today i feel like talking out-of-point stuff. anyway, i went to westmall to check my phone price just now, hopefullly i can buy le. happy.
i need a million dollars! i want to buy a lot of things for myself! and everyone around me. it's happy to see people being happy. luckily i only have a mild obession for suede, otherwise i would long be broke everyday.
i've registered for gems, it was a nerve-wrecking experience, but with my usual good luck, i managed to throw away my registered second course and re-register for the first one. thank god. i'm now in experience design. yay. hopefully i'll be successful in persuading meiliang to join backpacking for the next gems and me jj n liang will be in the same class.
anyway, i received a letter from sp exams board today. with trembling jellyfish fingers that melts when i touched the envelope, i took 5 min to open the letter. inside i saw the 2 results which we had already recieved. die sp, die! i am still waiting, waiting for my results. all that panic and jellyfish for nothing.
i'm worried. these few days my hair loss seem to have returned. i'm worried. what if it becomes massive hair loss again? maybe i'll get myself a clarifying shampoo. :cross fingers::

ok, on the first day, we played monopoly, then at night, we went to changi village (no bahpoks!). after waiting for a few agonizing hours (we were starving), the dishes came and we hungrily slopped them up. After that, we went to catch a movie. Our movie for that night was "the huantedd apartments". but Joc and xinyi and initially me wanted to catch "john tucker must die" (joc scared!).
chick flick or horror movie? i feel like catching both at the same time. but as it was midnight, i felt that it was more appropriate to watch a horror movie (going back to chalet all thrilled out). ok, anyway, we watch the huanted apartments. there was a scene which had dead soldiers which made me quite frightened - it reminded me of the BE camp ghost night. other than that, all was not scary and there were quite many loop holes in it.
on the second day, we had our bbq. the bbq was actually quite brief. after that, we went for a secret midnight dip at the pool (secret because we went in full clothes and swimming pool is also closed) , but when derrick and chisuen went in), someone (in-charge) came and he walked like an angry referee that is about to issue a red card. we were given a warning and went back.
eric, ferynn, jac, kahyong, zhisen (fast asleep), xinyi, joc and me were literally gossiping upstairs while the rest played mahjong downstairs. at 3, everyone went to sleep. i was hoping everyone would stay up the second night. whatever happen to excitement? i watched junhao fell asleep then i went to sleep.
on the third morning, we packed and went back.

back from chalet!
had good fun. the chalet people : joc, ferynn, xinyi, wanqin, jac, me, junhaodar, derrick, chisuen, zhisen, kahyong, eric. didn't take any photos.
at the chalet, i got to know them better. now there are more things to talk about with them. ok, i'm going to sleep now. tired. maybe i'll post a full entry on what we did when i get up.

before i begin, i would express my anger on the incompetence of sas (sp, or whoever that is holding back the results). ARRGHH! fugging sp.
ok, since these days went by uninteresting, i would like to take this opportunity to compile a list of things i want - or rather, i wish i had, otherwise, why is it call a wish list? a wish list is something that u wish u have but doesn't have it. ok, crap. i'm confused now.
to start the ball rolling, i would like to put the things i want the most, follow by an indication of the things i want but not as most as the most.
here's the Swatch watch designed by Frank Gehry, a watch which i find it extremely special. i can't find it in Swatch shops.
This Nike bag was commonly found everywhere last month. When i accidentally spoil my sis's bag, i cunningly glue it back with glue and left it at home for it to be discovered. So for now, i need to aid myself with a big bag. This works pretty fine, but the price is a bit steep, and none is found anywhere already (disappeared within a night!). saw a bag today that looks just right for designers. very happy. but i don't like the material, so maybe still looking around. i will use the word "wish" till i have money to buy the bag.
A jacket! i NEED a jacket. But i want an adidas jacket. i want a yellow adidas jacket. but i can't find it anywhere in the world, even ebay. i only saw it 2 times. the yellow was just like a creamy fruit cake, with baby blue lines flowing down the arms. sigh. i want my yellow adidas jacket.
The weird thing about me is i like yellow, but only certain shades of yellow. creamy yellow.
A pair of birkenstock! Oh my. This time i want this kind. In featured pink, white, patterned, or red. I'm those super picky kind but this time i have had a difficulty finding all the pictures for my wish list. whatever. oh, and i found a pair of pazzion lady's sandals. interesting.
afternote: how come no yellow huh? i saw one person wearing yellow version of the betula (papillo is out!) series. tempted to have yellow now.
i don't understand, but i have a reputation for having foot acidents whatsoever, whether it is falling down, slipping and falling, tripping, stepping on sharp stuff. Anyway, my reputation for wearing shoes out faster is credible too (took 5 days to make my m)phosis slippers flap). So, shoes are an important part of my life. i'm very particular about finding shoes that won't make me fall down and feels comfortable wearing (had many scars on my feet as a result of uncomfortable shoes).
sorry i digressed.

is it me or what, seeing things.
lo and behold, when i logged on msn today, i saw this:
for a moment i thought i went insane reading sherlock holmes or something. minutes later, after some bizarre explanation from junhao, i was drawn to light by the fact that everyone had put a turtle in the memory of steve irwin the crocodile hunter. (though i still don't understand how turtles in front of msn nicks are related to steve irwin or crocodiles)
speaking of stingrays (he was stung to death by a stingray), it reminds me of the supposedly "premonitions" that i had received, one from a conversation with chinyee remincising the stingrays and chuxiang, another from i-don't-rmbr-who asking me how to spell stingrays (was it stinkrays? stingays?)

had a tiff with the house's horrid even before i woke up today. she woke me up dragging the mp3 from my ears and choking me. saying i took one of the battery from the speaker. i mean, so what? fucking people.
these attention seekers are pathetic. when i say i'm moving out when i earn the money, i mean it. i mean it.
thank god i didn't give her the add to my blog. i mean, you see my point when i say i don't want to give you the blog add?? here, it has become a form of tension relief as well besides sleeping. so, not happy with anything i wrote? FUCK OFF.
now i'm happy.

just saw an article on how 4 girls cut their locks and turning it into wigs for children with cancer. i'm deeply touched and filled with guilt. talk about hair extensions!

ok, so i went for a haircut today. tired of my "s" shaped fringe. eek.
i went to my usual hairstylist with liang and liang did just a shorter version of her previous fringe and i asked eddie to help me get a shorter fringe. he gave me something like a kawaii fringe (u know, those thick fringe that the jap gals sport) and said that my hair thicker alrd, keep at it (still experiencing hair loss ='( ). for my behind he didn't really touch cuz i wanted to keep the length and now it's still frizzy! haish. communication with your hairstylist is very important, i should have told him keep the length but forgo the split ends (pun intended). anyway, he cut more layers for me and told me that my hair will curl abit.
curl? i asked him how much is the rebonding for my hair length. he beats around the bush and says, "120".
"why not perm?" he said. very nice on u. "how much?". "120." :roll eyes::
anyway, i scared la. l8r perm till shoulder length very auntie how?
accordingly to xiaxue, hair extensions are good (she recently did it). after seeing her photos, i'm tempted to try. but, eddie says it's difficult to comb ur hair after washing. hahahaa! i know why.
just washed my hair, it looks like a fuzzball. somebody save me! maybe next time i'll open a salon and everyday change my hairstyle. muahaha!

ytd, me n jh went to sentosa. we ended up in the beach n i dozed off on his lap. we also saw someone who looks like weijian and has a very nice haircut which i like.
