i'm grinning from ear to ear now.
it's one of those few days when i'm home early (8.30pm). haha. usually the day is considered complete to me only after i hear the sounds of the roller gates coming down from the shops.
and it's one of those days everything seems to be going well. the thrill of getting back my laptop. it's undescribable. wooohoooo!
my feeling of the moment.
ever since i have been handicapped of my phone and laptop, the feeling leaves me numb. and then slowly a zen attitude evolves. i would even say that both are extensions of myself.
digressing, whenever i start blogging i always find a loss of words to describe my things. words jumble up, sentences are incoherrent &c. the whole perfect paragraph only comes to me when i lay down on my bed before i fall asleep. what a pity.
i would say it's a bit greedy to ask for a phone now since my laptop is back. so i'll wait. i think.
afternote: i'm very happy, i love the blazer, i love the marble cake, i love the juice magazine, i love the curry rice, and i love all my shoes... what a material girl!

i went on a retreat today. it was as good as a holiday. the panoramic view, yoga, spa, suana, jacuzzi, whirlpool, gym. and i'm going to do this till i get the fucking NUS letter!

burger king has a perfume (released not too long ago on valentine's day); it's called FLAME.
funny shit. no prizes for guessing what it smells like though.
i seriously wouldn't want to smell this on my man. meat meets meat? (now try saying that ten times, fast)
'behold the scent of seduction, with a hint of flame broiled meat.' meat smell on meat! now i'm beginning to fantasize how it smells like on a man after a 2 hour gym session.
p/s: if all the brands start to come up with their own perfume, what would it be like? mediacorp should come up with one called channel no. 5.

i just had the feeling that everything 'valuable' i own is about to be taken away from me. the important ones lah.
well, soon at least.
after a 2 hour phone conversation tussle with the HP manager, i managed to reduce half of my laptop's damage costs. well, not too good i would say. JJ does better. the damage costs added up to 170dollars, just to replace a motherboard. mother****ing-board. i just replaced it for 400plus less than 8 months ago.
guess what? i'm carrying a vintage now. nokia3310. lost my phone about a week ago. contract not up, till next year september. woohoo!
my dad casually mentioned that i should sell my laptop away after repair. so you see, yip ji ji was a happy girl a week ago.
p/s: when it rains it pours. a few entries ago i mentioned i was using my mom's phone. it died on me too. thus the 3310.

it has been a bad week for me.
for my personal belongings, i mean. i lost my phone, my laptop's motherboard is spoilt (i suspect it must have been burnt because HP is always so HOT), the charger for my old phone is spoilt, not to mention my beloved phone's microphone is spoilt, thus people on the other end can't hear what i'm saying when i talk.
what can be worse? i'm safeguarding ALL the things i have at the moment (wallet esp.) tightly.

KUKUP PART 1
BACK FROM KUKUP! heehee. phong why never go wasted!!! he should have been there.
to summarize the two days is not easy at all. let me try though.
met at 6.15am in kranji, followed by very looong bus trip to kukup. then we ferried, kelong-ed, ferried, lunch-ed, kukup-ed. then karaoke and mahjong-ed, dog and cat brawl (drama this one), and bbq (people cook for us somemore), then it was the fireworks, and more singing and games playing. ahbao and me finished the night with girl talking, and in the morning we took the ferry back to the dining area to have our lunch. and it was CITYSQUARE and home-d.
there were so many buses we took, i nearly vomit several times. the longest bus trip being aourn 1.5hours. the roads were too rocky lah that's why vomit feeling.

this is all the photos i have currently, but we saw loads of fishes in the kelong. the school of fishes are segregated by the wooden planks, so in all these different squares we have a large variety of fishes.
i was thinking, should i continue with the rest of the entry but i thought not, since i haven't get all the photos. well, maybe next entry then!

it's the third day my classmates have went to tioman island. so sad. i'm stuck alone in singapore with no one to talk to on msn. so sad.
i'm consolling myself by counting down the days till they come back. and today is the day they will return! :D
i now look forward to the DINNER & DANCE, and the KUKUP trip. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
